You Do, You Got Chance For Success;
You Don't Do, You Got Failure.

If you start to do something, you will definitely get something out of it.
Either you are successful or not successful. Successful means the result you initially wanted.

You may not get what you wanted, but it may turn out to be something else. That something else may even you a new beginning to something even bigger. Many people got successful because they started something. If they did not start something, nothing will appear.

I'm sure you have heard of many new things started because somebody got another unexpected result. For example, the story of Jack Ma, the CEO of the Alibaba group. After got rejected from many interviews. he started his own company.

Just imagine, what will happen if he got a job in one of the interviews. There may not be Alibaba group today. Jack may be happily working in one company and never started Alibaba.

The iPhone could not have been invented if Steve Jobs did not try to build his own phone.

Rules to Happy Marriage

There are 2 rules to a happy marriage:
Rule #1: Marry the one you love
Rule #2: Love the one you married.

You may break Rule #1, but never break Rule #2.

 

For a happy marriage live, you marry the one you really love. Sometimes, it may not that perfect that you get to marry the one you really love. There may be situations that prevent you from marrying that person and you marry someone else instead.

However, what is more important is Rule #2. Once you are married to someone, make an effort to love the one you marry. Even if you did not really love him or her at first, make an effort to keep the love growing.

There will be new differences that you had never encountered before. Respect that differences in the one you love.Your opinions will differ. You like different things, different food, different places, etc.

You may encounter lots of situations where you may wonder is that the same person you loved before. What made you loved him or her? For a happy marriage, loving another is a continuous effort. It needs constant communication, care and energy.

What ever happens, make an effort to follow Rule #2.

Wishing you long lasting happiness with your spouse.

Everything is Possible

Everything is possible if you have enough resources (people, money & materials), enough skills (people & technology) and enough time.

In memory of Neil Amstrong, we have sent a man to the moon. Right now, we have probes landed on Mars. It was all made possible because we have enough resources, skills and time. Just imagine,the powered flight was only successful in early 1900s.

However, the most valuable is enough determination. The USA was moved by the speech of President John Kennedy that the whole nation had a lot of determination to send a man on the moon before the end of 1960s.

Without enough determination, all the time, skills and resource already spent will be wasted. The task takes longer to complete, cost overrun, more people will be affected and demoralized.

Know Nothing, Much & Little

This is very typical of people. Those who know nothing will think that it cannot be done. They have no idea on what to do or how to do it.

Those who know much will think very detail and very far ahead that they can foresee all the problems. Sometimes it is not good because they will think of so many problems and it is clouding their vision of the better things can happen. Problems will be foreseen as very big and not worth starting.

Those who know little, will think that it is possible and easy to do. They cannot see the problems along the way as they do not have the experience and knowledge. With the little knowledge they have and thinking that there are no major problems, they are very motivated to carry out the task.

This normally can lead to problems as after task is started, then the problems come out one by one. With little knowledge, they are not able to overcome the problem. One problem leads to another problems.

So, it is important for you to seek the expertise from others and plan out the task in detail.

Insanity

Insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expect different results ~ Albert Einstein

Doing the same things will give you the same result. Do something different if you want things to change for the better. Improve on the things you do to improve the result.

Learn new skills, go to new places, read  a new book, etc. New skills will give you new perspective.

Get Paid For The Value Added

We wanted more money for the work we do. Many complained about the low salary they received for the work they put in. Company directors are paid very well because they head the company which collectively add value to the shareholders.

 

Ask yourself what is the value you provide to others? The more value, the better you will be paid.

 

You Were Born A Champion

There was a swimming competition a long time ago.

You and many others were at the starting point. The gun went off and you swam as fast as you could towards the finishing point. You had the focus and determination to win.

You were the CHAMPION as you reached the finish point first. You beat millions of others. You got the first prize. You won the most precious and sacred gift of all:

GIFT of LIFE.

The starting point was your father and the finishing point was your mother.

Always remember that no matter what happens to you, how others treated you, what you feel right now, you were once a Champion.

Continue to build and develop the Champion within you. Everyone had and will have more problems. It is not how many times you had fallen, but how many times you had stood up and continue forward.

The getting up is the most important as it is training you to be stronger.
